Meet the Founder

I'm Matt, founder of ABN Capital Advisory. I've worked as a Responsible Manager under the Australian Credit Licence regime since 2011, building governance, compliance, and credit policy frameworks for lenders and credit providers across Australia.

When Australia's Tranche 2 AML/CTF reforms brought real estate agencies into scope, I saw the same gap I'd spent years solving in lending — businesses needing real compliance, not just paperwork, without the cost of a full-time compliance officer.
